Saben cómo me cure de la ansiedad o al menos de el latido de mierda o las palpitaciones en el pecho.....bueno obviamente yo sentía miedo obvio pensaba q me iba a morir hasta que fui al medico y me dijo que donde a mi me dolia .no estaba en corazón y otra me dijo que el corazón es un órgano insensible por lo tanto no siente nada de dolores ....lo que tenemos en el pecho se llama angustia ... Did not help me sleep

I have really bad insumia but this is the first video that makes me go to sleep and stay asleep until i need to get up. This is my 5th day of using this video. I wake up well rested. I wish i found this video sooner! Hope it works for you too
